The media could not be loaded. These are slowly coming down in price and worth it as soon as they reach your price-point if you live in an apartment or have minimal space for a workout gym at home. They are so easy to switch between weights and anyone can figure it out and feel comfortable doing it, I could easily get my elderly parents this set and not worry. It is as simple as a twist of the wrist. Once it is out you can do anything you would otherwise need to do with a hexagonal weight, at least anything I have thought up. You can do horizontal pushups with them, you can use one and hold the ends with both hands. The actual weight increments are a bit non-standard, but if anything this gives some variation if you use these outside of the gym. If I could make an improvement it would be the markings on the collar should also be color coded so I twist to the color instead of the number, sometimes without my glasses I have to really stare . The durability seems great, but still all of these adjustable dumbbells are overpriced, it is a non-standard product and I imagine they will keep coming down, there is nothing in them that makes them this expensive. I can buy a full set of standard hex dumbbells for less, so still hard to justify the cost outside of limited space. Read more
