If you have hip issues that is great. I had hip issues for several months and sleeping was horrible. This allowed me to get some sleep. My pain went away after a few months. But will keep in case it comes back. It elevated my hip just enough to not hurt. Read more

Works well for me. Keeps my knees from “knocking” together, provides better alignment. Helps back and knee pain. I am 5’2” and some things I’ve tried have been too big and bulky. This is very comfortable and stays in place with the attached strap. Read more

Great product at a great price compared to some others out there. The strap is comfortable and stays in place. I am actually a stomach sleeper but have been experiencing some lower back pain this year and my chiropractor told me to start sleeping on my side and to use a knee pillow. The change has not been easy but without this pillow it would be impossible. My only complaint is that I feel it might be slightly too bulky. The contour is perfect for my legs (I'm 5'6" 145 lbs), but I feel like it should be maybe 1/2" less thick for perfect alignment. I'm hoping it eventually squishes a bit, but I've had it since August and I haven't seen that it has. Overall, would recommend. Price is right and does exactly what all the other more expensive options do. Read more

This knee pillow has made a huge difference in the quality of my sleep. As a side sleeper very helpful to keep my legs balanced. It fits perfectly between my knees and stays in place throughout the night. The memory foam is soft yet supportive, and it doesn’t flatten out. It really helps align my spine and reduce pressure on my joints. The cover is breathable and easy to remove for washing, which is a nice bonus. If you suffer from leg, back, or knee pain while sleeping, I highly recommend giving this pillow a try. It’s simple but incredibly effective! Read more

This leg pillow is just okay for me. It definitely does what it’s supposed to do — keeps your legs separated and supported — but it’s not the most comfortable to sleep with. I originally bought it because I get hot flashes at night and wanted something to keep my legs from sticking together. It worked for that part, but I actually found it made me feel hotter, which kind of defeated the purpose. The shape and support are fine, and it absolutely does its job… it just wasn’t the right fit for my sleep style. Not bad, not great — functional, but not the cooling solution I hoped for. Read more

Four years ago I suffered from sciatica, and since them I would get an ice pack as soon as I woke up. Because the one I went to bed with has melted. Since I bought this little pillow I no longer go to bed with an ice pack nor wake up to one. It's great! This pillow is very soft, firm , and has retained it's shape. At this time I can't imagine having to purchase my next one in quite a few years. I can see it retaining all of its qualities for years to come. It's very well made and there's no scent to it either. I'm quite pleased with this little pillow as of now. Only say that because I had loved a product until it didn't want to work anymore. And then my opinion changed. Don't see that happening here. Love the strap, it doesn't go anywhere while sleeping. Read more

Supportive but Not Perfect: A Helpful Knee Pillow for Side Sleepers I picked up this Vertdens knee pillow mainly to help with lower back and hip discomfort from side sleeping. At this price point, it’s a simple solution that does make a noticeable difference. The contoured memory foam fits reasonably well between the knees and helps keep my hips aligned. After a few nights, I found myself waking up less stiff and with reduced back pain, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The pillow comes with a removable cover, which is a plus for hygiene since it’s easy to wash. The foam itself is firm but has some give, so it feels supportive without being rock-hard. Size-wise, it works fine for me, though I can see how some users might find it a little small or wish for more adjustability—especially if you’re taller or have broader legs. A few watch points: the foam can feel warm at times since it doesn’t have any cooling features, and the strap isn’t adjustable, which may be a limitation if you’re very particular about fit. It also takes a little getting used to—on the first night I found myself moving it around until I got comfortable. Bottom line: This knee pillow is a worthwhile, budget-friendly option if you’re a side sleeper with back, leg, or hip pain. It’s not a luxury version, but for under $20 it provides good support and helps improve sleep posture. If you want more customization (size, cooling, adjustable straps), you may need to spend more.
