Purchased for my 9 year old granddaughter. Directions are very easy to follow. It shows a step-by-step picture with the pieces she will need. I gave it a 4 because, it is very hard for a child to remove the lego pieces if they make a mistake. She became VERY upset when she could not remove it on her own. The colors are very bright, everything I had expected. It is a great educational toy...Stem project, reading and direction skills, having to sort and find correct pieces needed. I love how it was a 3 in one. She can make three different lego projects. They can not do all at one because some of the pieces are needed for two of the projects. This is a keeper.
