My daughter loved it!! It was a fun and festive build that led to an awesome decoration! The build time was long enough to feel like you have a fun activity, but not too large as to feel like it was a chore, with so many other holiday things happening. According to my 19-year-old son, who is a lifelong Lego aficionado, this set is a great value for the money. He liked that it rolls smoothly, it opens up, there are gifts inside, and you can take the Christmas tree on and off the vehicle. He appreciated that there are several display options. Regarding the set, he liked the extra pieces like the elf letter and the shovel, and the option to switch the ornament on the front of the vehicle from a little person to a star. He said that if he were little again, he would have fun playing with the set:-) The build seems sturdy.
