What does warrant a raving review is the customer service that Leitner provides throughout and after the sale. The mouthpiece is not adjustable. The sound quality sketchy. We’ve had ours for less than three months and we already have to replace them. Customers are always stating that they cannot hear us. They were very easy to install but the quality overall leaves almost everything to be desired. The distance for the signal is not adequate for our needs either. We have an indoor/outdoor shop and when we walk outdoors we lose calls. Read more
