The mouthpiece is not adjustable. The sound quality sketchy. We’ve had ours for less than three months and we already have to replace them. Customers are always stating that they cannot hear us. They were very easy to install but the quality overall leaves almost everything to be desired. The distance for the signal is not adequate for our needs either.
