Really impressed with this mouse and the customer service. The mouse is the perfect size for smaller hands, it is quiet and functions well (I actually use it as a graphic designer). After 4 months of use the scroll wheel failed, so I contacted customer service, who responded quickly. Within 48 hours I had a brand new replacement mouse in my hand. They sent a replacement without any trouble or making me return the original item. Read more

The LEKVEY Vertical Wireless Mouse is a terrific bargain by price and quality: buttons are quiet, responsive, and the internal battery operates for many days without recharge. I highly recommend this mouse for children and adults. If you're as happy with the LEKVEY Vertical Wireless Mouse as I am, then you'll buy a second one. Mine is 2.5 years old, but I purchased a second LEKVEY Vertical Wireless Mouse as a backup. Over the years, I've purchased too many mouse products to fit my small right hand. I discovered that mouse devices are manufactured in sizes small and large, and measured for the index, middle, and fourth fingers. However, there's a problem to buying a mouse because both manufacturer and buyer do not cite the measurements for fingers and hands so that other buyers can discern whether the mouse will fit their hand! You need a ruler to measure your fingers for a good mouse-fit. First, place the ruler (soft or hard) across your open palm, second, measure from the tip of one finger to the first wrinkle/crease juncture where the hand and wrist meet; repeat the measurements for your other fingers. My index, middle, and fourth fingers measure 7 inches, and the small finger measures 6 inches – all four fingers rest at the edge of the buttons; and there is 1/2 inch from the button edge to the mouse edge (if your fingers are a bit longer than mine). I use a mouse about 16 hours per day. It is my habit to alternate all four fingers across the mouse buttons to prevent fatigue and injury to my fingers and hand, but that’s cautionary not necessary. Well, I hope this information is useful to you, and if you have questions, just ask me. Read more

As an avid gamer I have owned quite a few mice including expensive Logitech and Razor mice. I wasn't sure how well I would like a vertical mouse but since I was having pain in my wrist after long playtimes I decided to give this mouse a shot. This is by far my favorite mouse. One cool feature is it is wired or wireless. I generally use it wired since I am usually very close to my desk, but I like having the wireless option so I can play further way from the screen if I want to. The only thing I don't like about it is the lack of color to let me know what the DPI is set for. Besides that though I find this a very comfortable and highly responsive mouse. Read more

It was good when was working, but stopped working only after 4 months of use. Very disappointing. Hope they can send me a replacement as it sure didn't last very long. Otherwise, it was good product when it was working and fit into my small hand well. Update: Lekvey has contacted me and gave me the full refund and sent me their new updated version of the mouse. I just received it and willing to give it another try. The fact that they are taking customer's satisfaction seriously, I'm updating my rating to 4 stars now. I'll keep it posted after trying the new mouse. Satisfied with their customer service. Read more

I loved my Lekvey mouse but the charging cable failed after less than a year. I made several attempts to replace the cable but could not find one that would work. I contacted customer service about the issue and they immediately sent me a new mouse and cable. I love that this mouse doesn't need batteries. I can use the mouse for 30 days in a row before I have to charge it. It is the perfect size for my small hands. I recently ordered another mouse, but accidentally purchased the large one. When I returned it Lekvey emailed me in less than 24 hours to follow-up. They wanted to know why I returned the mouse and if they could do anything to correct the issue. I've returned lots of items I've purchased on Amazon, Lekvey is the only company that wanted to know why. Read more

Purchased back in February '25 and after a few months of using this mouse, the button switch doesn't activate on the first press, and sometimes it takes multiple button presses to get the mouse to click. It's extremely frustrating because I love the ergonomic shape, it's small enough for my hands, but the buttons quit working as they should just after a few months which kills my work productivity. I don't recommend this mouse at all. Looking for another to purchase. Read more

I have a lekvey mouse that is almost 2 years old and still kicking. It's battery is still great, just the keys are wearing out so I purchased this updated versions. I am befuddled by the design decisions. First the mouse is really small. I have average hands in that I can comfortably use most mice from the standard issue two button dells to a larger Logitech gaming mouse. This thing though while physically is not tiny, the way you have to grip it, it feels "pinchy" with not enough space for your palms. That makes it extremely uncomfortable for me. The second but lesser evil is the charging cord. Why oh why would you switch from standard usb cable to a most custom pin style connector? My current mouse travels with me to home/ work. I have a cable at home and one at work. I keep extras in my travel bag if I'm heading out of town and now suddenly I have to remember to carry my cable all the time. Ugh. This mouse is going back.
