I would honestly give zero stars! My previous Nea 3 was great! It was small, relatively quiet and was quite powerful. I wanted another because it had lost its ability to hold a charge. I went on line, while at work. and looked for the same product that could be over nighted. Nea 3 would not arrive until 4 days. the Siri 3 looked very similar in size and was in the same category, so I purchased it because it would arrive the next day. It was also $40 plus, more than the Nea 3. I was okay with that because it was going to arrive quickly. I had it sent to my dental office, rather than my house to avoid porch pirates. When I received the Siri 3 at my office, I wanted to read the directions because it was a bit different looking than the Nea 3. To my dismay, this thing responded to music to function properly! Huh? Never heard of such a thing, then again, I am not a big vibrator shopper. One of the reasons I like the small, quiet ones. I am kind of shy, so this little thing fit my profile. I went on line to return it because who wants to hook a phone up to a vibrator to use it?! Just give me on/ off and power intensity, not a song. Because I had opened the box to read the directions, customer service at Lelo was absolutely not caring because I broke the sticker on the box. I literally went on line to return it the SAME DAY WITH IN HOURS of it arriving at my dental office. Do they think I was using it at my office? Seriously?! I asked customer service again at Lelo to give me store credit, heck I would even take the less expensive Nea 3 as an even swap. I can see their point of "unsanitary product", but this is not even remotely the case. They came back with tips on how to use it, then they came back on asking me what is wrong with the product and gave me a list of things to try. I am pretty sure I am just talking to AI and not a person. I hope this review gets Lelo's attention about their "customer care" department as a complete "customer NON care department". I will have to find another manufacturer that makes a similar product, because this company lost my business. Read more

The SIRI 3 by Leo is easily one of my favorite sex toys. All of the settings feel incredible and I find it so unique that it responds to music so I can sync it to the playlists I make. It’s very cute and the compact size makes it easy to hold and also take anywhere which makes it perfect for travel. My only issue is that I wish the buttons were made more prominent because it’s hard to differentiate between them to change the settings and intensity when the lights are off. The Lelo SIRI 3 is pretty easy to use and the grip is good. I'm not a huge fan of the pink color, but it's ok. The size is small enough to fit in your hand, to target the correct spot. The SIRI 3 has multiple speeds and settings, from a gentle buzz to a powerful pulse. I've had trouble with just vibration in the past, but this little handy device worked quite well for me. Unfortunately, when trying to use it with music it did work so well. I had to turn the music up pretty loud and the device kept cutting off, disconnecting from the music. I gave up on trying. I also had to double and triple check that it said it was waterproof. The charging port and speaker did not seem sealed off. The buttons to change the speed and type of pulse were kind of hard to push and when you turn it off you need to hit the plus and minus buttons, simultaneously. I didn't realize that at first, and got frustrated because I couldn't figure out how to turn it off, so I just plugged it in and it shut off. This vibrator is by far one of the most amazing toys I got my wife. She loves how easy it is to use. It charges very quickly and lasts a while. Multiple times which is a must and no need to replace batteries as it's fully rechargeable. She mentioned that it is not too bulky and very light making it super easy to take anywhere. She loved the different pulses and intensity levels. You can use the manual mode or let it sync with the music. Lots of vibrations to choose from, also many settings for strength. I liked one the best but it’s nice to have a choice. Charged up overnight, I didnt read the directions which I suggest you do.
