These glasses were just what I wanted for summer. They are beautiful and have a great feel to them. I love the look of summer drinks because I put a lot of fruit in them. If the class has a pattern or is small, it’s hard to appreciate what is in the drink. I’ve made drinks with or without alcohol, and both types look great in the glass. If you are like me and have a real thing for straws (I even use them for water!) you’ll want to purchase long straws because these glasses are tall. I spent a lot of time shopping for these in Amazon, because I knew what I wanted but didn’t know the exact search criteria to use. I’m very happy I bought them. These glasses are so great for a tall glass to tea or lemonade. I have been looking for this style of glasses for years and could not find them. Then I thought about the Amazon website! Typed in tall tea glasses and I found them. Yes! I have arthritis so gripping on a wide base glass can be difficult but these set of glasses have a small base and cannot slip out of my hands. They are great for every day use. I bought two sets of them and is thinking about buying a third set. Can't wait to sit outside on my patio this spring/summer to enjoy my tall glass of tea. They are great to use for desserts and cocktails. I wash them by hand as the ones we selected are too tall for the dishwasher, plus, I think they'd be too fragile for it. Read more

The box of glasses was shipped in an oversized larger box, loose, just rattling around. Inner box was in excellent shape undamaged, glasses were perfect, wrapped in paper and housed in Styrofoam. Glass quality is excellent, clear, bubble and seam free. Glass is very thin however, be careful with these when clinking a toast. I have other glasses of this style which are MUCH thicker and heavier weighing one pound. These new glasses have the exact same dimensions but weigh just a bit over half a pound, quite fragile in comparison. The glasses hold much more than stated, 18 oz to rim, stated volume is 15 oz. My older thicker glasses hold exactly 15 oz. The shoulder on my old glasses is more angular and pronounced, make just a bit more of a statement. Love the look and quality of these glasses, returning because they are too big for many of the cocktails I would like to use them for. If I could give this set a 0 star I would, my 2nd time using the glass and I went to wash it and it broke in my hand so I pulled another out of the box and the 2nd use that broke, I am down to 1 usable glass, no one drinks out of them but me and I will sadly not buy them again even though the style is very beautiful. I would highly recommend buying these glasses from this specific seller. First of all, the glasses are fun and high quality.
