After ordering & returning so many swimsuits from Amazon, due to size issues, I finally found the perfect style & sizes. This is one of them! I have always loved a swimsuit with a contrasting edge in white, & this is a great one, fit is great, coverage is great, straps for me are great. The color is perfect & flattering. I don’t care for the padding-they are always too small anyway, & look rediculous when wet, so out they come! I’m a ‘sixties’ girl, we never wear bras anyway, even still. Besides, bathing suits shouldn’t have bras-for most of us, it’s a bear all & enjoy the swim, just cover up a little😂 This is the 2nd one in this style that I purchased, just a different color. If you are curvy and have a long torso and prefer modest elegance, read this! Firstly, I do not like bathing suits that make me feel exposed. I prefer to be covered but still be elegant and have a timeless appeal. That said, I also do not like being covered for the sake of modesty, as that can be frumpy. I was looking for a suit that would fit my body well and this is it. Which brings me to my second point - I have curves. And a long torso. This is not an easy combo. I am a 34/36DD/DDD and hate pronounced cleavage and all the skin out. Not elegant at all! My long torso makes it all worse. My hips are about a 42 and waist is 29/30. I’m a size 8/10 sometimes a 12. I bought a XXL in this suit because the wizard said it would fit better. I also bought an XL. I could get the XL on but it was really pulling down in the shoulders. Long torso! The XXL fits like a dream. Everything is covered, the low back is sexy but not too much, the high leg is sexy but not too much and my cleavage is barely visible. This suit is THE suit for elegance. I love this suit, fits perfect, great quality, love it more than my Andie suits that cost 5x the price. For reference, I’m 6’, size medium long torso in Andie swim, purchased a medium and a large in this suit to compare. Large was comfortable though too loose around bust and underarms, medium is a little more snug at leg openings but still comfortable and kept the medium in the end. I got the light pink because the reviews mentioned it was more of a peach color, and that’s what I wanted. This year (2024) the Pantone color of the year is peach fuzz, and the color of this swimsuit is very similar. It’s beautiful and you will see this color trending. Unfortunately, you can see everything through the back of the suit. I had to return it because I would have been in full display once it gets wet! I loved the cut of this swimsuit. It’s comfortable and stylish. The open back is lovely. The only issue I had with the cut is that the torso felt a bit short and my boobs were pushed down a bit. As you can see from my photo above, the Swimsuit (still in its original packaging as i didnt take it out due to colour) is peach and not light pink at all by any stretch of the imagination. I own a bunch of light pink garments and i put one beside the bathing suit in this picture to show the colour difference. I placed a white sheet of paper behind both so that their is a reference point and the picture was taken in a very bright, sunlit room with no lighting on to alter the colours of each garmet. It is truly sad when sellers do this. Its deceptive and wastes people's time and money. To the seller: Go by a Pantone chart for your colours and reference that to help guide people to what actual colour the suit is. It is the world standard for colour. The suit is no where near the colour that the model is wearing on the ad. Any computer screen would show that much of a difference. Its clearly deceptive. Its been returned.
