I was looking for a compact heater to replace the one in a small bathroom that lasted for 2 decades, really good product, it was. I wanted something of lower voltage, 500 or less, as it is not a sizeable room, and not only doesn't require a higher-powered one, but is safer when plugged into my one and only socket in that location, along with several other items. This unit heats instantaneously, has a strong fan to project the warmed air, and with an acceptable sound level. The plastic casing remains cool, too, an added bonus I didn't expect. My one complaint is the short cord, 39-40 inches, while my old one was 6'. Further, the instructions advise not to use an extension cord, but when they only provide this abbreviated connection, there's no other choice, in a situation like mine (1☆deduction). I also would have preferred the power switch on the front, instead of the back, but it's not really that big of an inconvenience to me. Babyyy...this little heater packs a punch. Also one setting but gets the job done. Came on the first night we went to 38F and kept my bedroom warm. Had to turn it off after 30 minutes and room stayed comfortable. Read more
