I have mature skin and this Chanel foundation is perfect for my skin and looks very natural. I usually buy this at a Beauty chain store but it is so much more convenient to order through Amazon. And, the price is considerably less than what I always pay. Same product - not a knock-off or expired product! Highly recommended. Read more

I actually love the foundation...this is probably my 4th bottle BUT if you have a problem, don't expect Chanel customer service to step up at all. The pump stopped working with maybe 25% left in the bottle...pump/cap is not removable. I contacted Customer Service and they advised to 'take it back where I bought it'...there is no store in my town that sells Chanel so I bought it at Saks, online. I am sure that Saks would not take responsibility for something like this and I wouldn't expect them to...that is what I told Chanel...they simply said that they couldn't help me if that didn't work...for that price foundation, or any price for that matter, they should have offered something!
