This is a nice looking, thin jute textured indoor outdoor rug that I'm using at my outdoor entryway on my covered patio. Even if it pours rain and it gets wet I think it will be okay and dry quickly unlike some of the other mats that I have had in this spot outside that when they would get wet they would stay wet for a long time and get very heavy with moisture unless I hung them up to dry. This will be a nice, lightweight alternative. Hopefully it will knock some of the dirt off my dog's feet before they come into the house. It's a nice neutral earthy brown and dark beige color so it doesn't clash with the concrete deck or natural surroundings which is what I wanted. It comes with some anti-slip Corner tape grips that are reusable and removable but where I have it on the concrete deck it's not slipping around at also I'm not going to be using those at least in its current location. At the current $40 price tag I think it's a bit pricey for such a small thin rug. It says it's supposed to be machine washable so we'll see. I'm currently keeping my back patio clear of dust leaves and debris with a handheld power drill sized leaf blower but I also got from Amazon that works great so I think this rug will work really well for not hanging onto too much dirt and it will be easy to keep clean just with the handheld leaf blower.. Can't speak yet to the longevity or the robustness of the rug or how it will stand up to machine washing if I do machine wash it at some point. But so far it looks nice. Mine won't really be getting exposed to a lot of direct Sunshine where it is. That would be another concern if it were used Outdoors under bright sun. I don't know if it would tolerate the elements that will because of how thin it is. Mine laid flat right away and I expect that the fold creases will gradually work themselves out in short order. Overall I would recommend this, the larger sizes might be a better price point value than the 3 ft by 5 ft $40 version. Read more
