My physical therapist recommended this brand to me for taping my knee and so far it's worked really well. I left it on for a day and when I removed it the comfort layer was a little too well stuck to my skin, but it came off without leaving any marks. I think the other times I removed it might have been in the shower when it was wet and it came off better. First of all , DON'T use this as a sub for kinesiotape or you may be ripping off skin! Yes, it's that strong. As a physical therapist, this is most advantageous for patellar (kneecap) tracking issues, and yes I've used it on patients as well as myself. Never use it alone, put a stretchable cloth tape underneath it. It holds through water, running and other sports, and nearly everything. Just be aware it may take some skin off if you use it in sensitive areas, or too many applications as it wears down the skin. But that said, it is great stuff and does do what it's supposed to in the right hands. Read more
