It came shipped in a mid size box. Very light, so I had no idea what it was inside. To my surprise it was the vest. Yes, it definitely is a puffer vest. I put it on right away ( I live in Florida) just to see how it felt, and it was immediate comfort and warmth. The collar is hard to appreciate from the picture, it is wonderful. No, it isn't real leather, wish it was, but the whole package is superb. Inside pocket, snap on buttons plus a metal zipper, it feels great. I am 5'7", 160 lbs, and wondered if I should go with the small or the medium. Got the medium and it wears just as it does in the models. Would love to know how the small might have fit, I do like mine with short hems, but regardless, this is a very handsome piece, looks good, and can't say enough... comfort and warmth! This puffer vest is extremely attractive! It is a corduroy cover and a faux leather contrast on top. The lining is sherpa material. It appears to be a bit large on my husband and runs a bit big. But when he is wearing a warmer shirt or sweater under it, it will still fit nicely! It has both snaps and zipper, so can be fastened with either, or both. My husband says it is very warm and he loves it! It is perfect for fall weather. It will also be great in the winter while shoveling snow, when worn with a flannel shirt. I love that it is Levi brand. The vest is attractive in a rugged "Yellowstone" type way! It is a piece that will last a long time, so overall, the value is fantastic! I would highly recommend! This is a very nice puffer vest styled like you would see on a ranch worker. The quality of the materials all shine through. The faux leather and shearling all look relatively real up close, despite being artificial, and add to the overall vibe of the vest. In addition to a zipper, which runs along another strip of faux leather, the snap closures ensure a nice seal at the front. The loft of the baffles is quite high too. The only con I will highlight is that I referred to the size chart on the item page. Usually, I wear a 15.5 collar and a 38 to 40 in blazer, but I usually wear size small in most brands. Against, my better judgement, I ordered a medium, due to the size chart clearly showing that as the matching size for this vest. However, I feel like it is too wide for me, and just a tiny bit too long. I think a small would fit better, although this medium does leave plenty of room for a sweater. Read more
