Great seat cushion. Terrible back lumbar cushion. The seat cushion (alone) is great support that eliminated my sciatica pain. The seat cushion, along with the back lumbar cushion, antagonized my sciatica. This was because the back cushion pushed me forward and added pressure to the back part of my legs. This spiked my sciatica pain. Because of the value for the money, I kept the seat cushion and discarded the back cushion. Lumbar pillow visablly riipped ( tore open) from normal daily use after two weeks, im 180 lbs not terribly heavy not terribly light but it should have not ripped after two weeks and is now too uncomfortable to use. However the seat is nice and very comfortable and Im well pleased with it, it has held up well after several weeks so far. It has proper space for my tailbone where i have been hurting. The lumbar pillow was okay at first but still awkward. It fit my chair fine but slipped about, the seat cushion is really the sell here. Read more
