Didn’t have much hope for it but it worked wonders on my long driving trip while having sciatica flare up. Feels like you sitting on a marshmallow. A bit too high seating for my short legs, the car seat didn’t go any lower, but it can be resolved by having something under your feet. Overall, very comfortable inexpensive solution for many issues. Don’t hesitate just buy this. I looked through hundreds of different cushions for lumbar support and read thousands of reviews before choosing this. I have chronic back pain from an injury when I was just eight months old and he ejected out of my car seat during a car accident. I have struggled with pain my whole life, and I am just recently learning about all of these different products to help me do every day activities. I work at a desk 8 to 10 hours a day for the last 6 years. I have been struggling so a long time with chronic pain from my neck to my hips. This has relieved most of my pain and helps with my posture. It also provides support for my lumbar, my hips, and sciatica. I definitely recommend it and I currently have two sets one for work and I use one for the car/ my glider in my living room. Must have for any kind of back pain. Not flat, very sturdy. Great seat cushion. Terrible back lumbar cushion. The seat cushion (alone) is great support that eliminated my sciatica pain. The seat cushion, along with the back lumbar cushion, antagonized my sciatica. This was because the back cushion pushed me forward and added pressure to the back part of my legs. This spiked my sciatica pain. Because of the value for the money, I kept the seat cushion and discarded the back cushion. The seat cushion offers amazing support, a thick and soft cushion, high quality, shape retention, and slip resistance. It is also the perfect size for my office chair. Read more

Lumbar pillow visablly riipped ( tore open) from normal daily use after two weeks, im 180 lbs not terribly heavy not terribly light but it should have not ripped after two weeks and is now too uncomfortable to use. However the seat is nice and very comfortable and Im well pleased with it, it has held up well after several weeks so far. It has proper space for my tailbone where i have been hurting. The lumbar pillow was okay at first but still awkward. It fit my chair fine but slipped about, the seat cushion is really the sell here. Read more
