Powerful snipping of my crusty old toenails. There are 2 different cutters in this set, and both worked nicely on my 80-year-old toenails, especially right after a shower. Much better than the drug-store clippers. The file and cuticle pusher are a nice addition, and are probably important for people who care about their appearance. I mostly keep my nails trimmed so I don't rip holes in my socks when I put them on. No photo, for the sake of propriety and good taste. Read more

Overall I'm very satisfied with this kid. The nail clippers are very sharp and the jaw on the nail clipper opens up more than any conventional nail clipper. But the file is what I absolutely love about this. It really takes away the hard skin easily. Just wish that the file was a little bit bigger. Read more
This is a nice looking and feeling clipper set. The nail clipper is a bit big for fingernails, but works fine if you make many small clips. Both the nail clipper and toenail clipper are sharp and cut through the nail with very little pressure. The nail clipper will catch the nail clipping most of the time if held perfectly horizontal, but rarely do I keep it in that orientation. The nail file looks nice, but I found the texture much too coarse. It chews up the nail too much to leave a smooth edge. The only other nitpick is that you have to flip the nail clipper spring into the correct position before it can be used whereas a standard nail clipper does not require that step. Overall it is a nice looking and sharp set that functions as it should. Read more
