The picture quality is great for my use as an auxiliary TV in the kitchen. Sound quality is not great but that's typical of any TV I've ever owned, You will need external speakers to get good sound. Which reminds me, it only has optical audio out, no RCA mini jack, so I had to buy a new speaker system for it to get good sound quality. I also haven't figured out how to get the dang thing to automatically start on my local broadcast stations, which I usually want to watch first, local news, etc. Read more
