Worth the upgrade from G4 55in to this G5 65 in. Picture quality and reduced glare make this a a great choice for my use. My biggest complaint is LG continues to not allow cable companies to load there app directly to the tv. I understand that some provides may provide technical challenges but bigger ones like Comcast’s, spectrum and direct tv should be ok. This is my 3ed lg. Read more

I am absolutely fit to be tied with LG. To save themselves like 2 bucks on this $2K television, they did not include a table stand, but they do include a useless wall mount. I contacted LG, and they offered to send a table stand within 10 working days (2 weeks). I counter offered that they send the table stand via 2 day delivery to avoid the costs of me returning the television to Amazon, which would then require them to reimburse the shipping costs twice to Amazon and have no sale. LG customer service chose to not offer 2 day shipping of the errant table stand, so they will be incurring the costs of shipping the TV to me, and also reimbursing Amazon to pick up the TV tomorrow. As the old saying goes, you can't fix stupid. Read more
