Great customer support, first and foremost. I had a faulty zipper and was sent a replacement within the week. This bag is amazing. I use it for training before I head out for boot camp, and it does everythjng I need it to. Pockets are large and spacious while offering room for even more with the smaller compartments in almost all the pockets. Weight is light on its own and holds 50 lbs like its nothing. Very good quality straps that dont dig in harshly, even with that amount of weight. Straps are padded but have that harsh mesh material every backpack has. It will dig into your skin and maybe run you raw if using on bare skin. Overall, this bag is amazing. Comes with replacement zipper grips (the part you pull to make it open) and the velcro patch. This was one of the better deals I've made!! Plenty of room, well made, numerous compartments! Using it for the gym at the moment, primarily for training aids, which I have a good deal of. Absolutely LOVE this LHI Military Tactical Backpack. High Quality, Low Price. The 900D. material feels very rugged and should last! My only suggestion is although it has many pockets and compartment, None of them are deep enough for a spare pair of shoes. Still love it anyway! Read more

A decent knockoff, but not nearly as sturdy as the real thing. I bought this specifically as a kitchen bag for car camping and I'm sure it will be fine for that relatively easy duty. It's made of thinner stuff and has cheaper zippers and seems than my daily work bag, which is the same size and design and stands up well to a great deal of hard use. This is the highest quality backpack I have ever purchased. This includes high end catalog and store front companies. What impressed me the most was the additional stitching and strength enhancing material where the strap connects to the upper portion of the bag. I purchased this backpack back in September 2023 and I’m still using it daily. As a first responder, I need gear that can handle real-world use, and this backpack has absolutely delivered. It comfortably carries both my laptop and my firearm, with good organization and access that actually makes sense on the job. I’ve put it through long shifts, constant loading and unloading, and regular wear, and it has held up well. For pure durability, I’d rate it about an 8/10 not indestructible, but more than solid for everyday professional use.
