Just got it and used it once to break up clumps of garlic powder which formed, probably from moisture in Florida air. It quickly did the job and restored all to powder again. Take your time, read the good directions, and pay attention when you first remove plastic holder from the machine to make it easier to position when you first use it -- the interlock safety system on the cap required a few tries to figure out -- unless it is positioned perfectly the machine won't start. Great for safety but may be a challenge for those not spatially adept. Powerful motor -- easy to load -- easy to clean bowl & cutter --- will update review should I encounter any problems. Read more

It works fine. They don’t recommend dishwasher because of cheap plastic parts so plan on hand washing. It’s easy to wash by hand but annoying. It is chopping to almost puree so far in three times I’ve used it. I like the cup size for small, easy chopping. H Read more
