My hormone whisperer PA recommended tester one since my levels were 0%. She would have put me on a compound pharmacy prescription for $95 per month, but that was not in my budget. So she recommended DHEA as an alternative. Not sure if it’s taking DHEA (25 mg) or my HRT kicking in, but I do feel better with brain fog, energy, and fatigue. The only issue I have with the DHEA is feeling some nausea a few hours after taking them. But, to resolve that issue, I eat a little something and the nausea goes away. It does take about 5 minutes for it to dissolve under your tongue and I don’t think it tastes as awful as some other reviews have said.
