This markets results in 3-4 months but you only get 30 servings so you are going to need multiple bottles. It already isn't cheap and so it is going to become an investment and I can't say if it does help for hair growth. I tried it until I finished a bottle and I think at best what I noticed (perhaps placebo) was that I had less hair loss but nothing on the hair growth. Easy to swallow. Been using for over a month now. Not sure if this is doing anything? If it is working, then it is just too little to really tell, or I need to continue using for much longer.
