First of all, I love these containers. I use them for Christmas ornaments so I can organize by color/type. They also work great and look great as shoe boxes for the shoes you only wear a few times a year. My only complaint is that they are not very sturdy and often times the lid doesn't snap on at all. BUT, what I use them for, they work great and I will continue to buy them over and over as I collect more and more tiny things. I was using these for Samaritans Purse Christmas Shoeboxes, and was concerned they would open during shipping. These worked out really well for what I needed, maximizing space in the closet for shoes and being able to see what shoes are in each box so I don’t forget what I’ve purchased. I wear a 5.5 women’s so plenty of room for flats, heels and sneakers (hiking boots or boots in general do not fit). Does not fit men’s size 12 shoes.
