The media could not be loaded. Batteries come with but my tub needed some scrubbing’ - not powerful enough so I bought some energizer lithium…a little better but I need to scrub. You can’t apply much pressure and when I got to the last side of the tub she got hot…and left the building!! Shut down and I’m now waiting for her to not be so mad at me for taking too long to clean😡 It’s great around faucets and spout … I’m keeping it for sink use and more flat surface jobs. It does help getting into small spaces and useful for smaller jobs… the tub may have been too much to ask :) it’s like a dremel tool sized item - around faucets and handles were great. No better than cleaning with a toothbrush. If you try to put pressure on it, it stops vibrating. Literally no different, I would say less effective Th a using a toothbrush to clean.
