While I want the protection of zinc oxide, I don't want to look like I'm wearing it, so this sunscreen is a good compromise, in my opinion. It goes on thick but absorbs readily and most importantly doesn't leave a visible white sheen on your skin. You can still feel it, but it's the feel of a light lotion, so it doesn't bother me at all. Protection is great. After an hour in the intense desert sun I didn't see any coloring. I'm also a big fan of the bottle design. It's not only easy to carry thanks to the hole in the top which I've threaded with a carabiner, but it looks cute and trendy.
