I decided to purchase these after reading other reviews on Amazon. When I received them, I was very excited to start working out at home during those times I wasn't motivated to all the way to the gym. I'll start with the positive. They work very well. They are very sturdy, and the addition pieces that come with them make them easy to use in many different areas of the house. I haven't been across many other stretch bands that work this well. My chief complaint with them is they are not easy to switch out. It is difficult to rely on these as a primary piece of resistance equipment due to the fact it takes a few minutes to switch out the cords between exercises. I primarily have a 30-40 minute resistance routine when I use dumbbells and barbells. With these, it makes my routine around 60-75 minutes. Good accessory to have in a resistance routine, but I wouldn't depend on them as a primary piece of resistance equipment. Read more

My current Lifeline set has been great. it’s an excellent home gym solution. I ordered this kit to compliment the same kit I’ve used for years. I namely bought it to get an additional pink band (30lb) and red band (40lb) which I use these the most. I’ve now got an extra set of handles, another door anchor, the orange cable (50lb) plus the carring bag! Now, I can wear the carrying bag versus my backpack, as the carrier has strings / straps to wear like a backpack. Nice bonus to catch it on sale. Read more

Great resistance bands. You can choose the resistance depending on how many bands and which ones you put on there. you can put up to 3 bands at once. it also comes with a device that you can hang this on the door. people that say there are no directions. it's resistance bands look up youtube videos on what you can do with them. come on people don't give it a bad review because you don't know how to exercise.
