Received my life pro on Saturday and started using it right away. My physical therapist recommended it to me for issues with muscles and tendinitis. It’s lightweight, charged quickly, and easy to use. I did the skin test and my skin got warm but not issues with heat level. My Pt says the battery life is great. Oh my goodness! This came a day later than I expected it. I bought it because I'm going to have ankle surgery and would like to heal quickly. I have a natural doctor that uses cold laser but it cost between $50 to $65 for a session, the sessions are about 15 minutes. The machinery looks more complicated than this. But it really does help. It works well and heals me quickly, though it may take a few sessions. (Three sessions are $150 at least). Somebody in my neighborhood told me that she was using red light therapy at home and it was really helping. So I hopped on Amazon and I found this. I have a long-term injury in my wrist. That means that even though I've been through a lot of physical therapy for it it's still tweaks and hurts. It's around a piece of cartilage and ligament. There isn't a surgery they can do for it physical therapy has done what they can for it, I was told by my doctor that it would just be a long time healing type of a thing. I was basically ready to wait for years. I use this last night before bed on that spot on my wrist. It felt a good deal better afterwards. But when I woke up this morning and it was still feeling fantastic and stayed fantastic for many more hours before its pain started to creep in again, I knew that I was in love with red light therapy at home! I am so excited about this product I've told like 10 people just today! It works just as well as the expensive one at the natural doctor's office.... I mean, I've had it for a whopping one day but I can't stop grinning over it. **UPDATE** Now I've had this little gadget for many weeks. It is still working fantastically. I am excited about red light therapy now, so I've purchased more items like belts and shoulder pads. This one is definitely more expensive, but I've also noticed that, while the others do help a lot and might be shaped in a way that's more conducive to the areas I'm using them on, this gadget does seem to be more powerful and more effective. I've been using it on my shoulder and wrist. I've been in physical therapy for a very long time for those. I won't need to go back to physical therapy now though. Just using this with no exercising, I'm back to a full range of motion with very little pain left over from the original injury. It just continues to amaze me. I'm so glad I bought it. Read more

I’m very happy with this infrared light. It’s a great size, easy to hold, and does seem to ease pain for me. I like that it automatically shuts off so it can’t be overused. It looks and feels very fine quality. The company followup and support is very good. One thing that could have been designed better is the position of the on/off button, it’s right where I hold the light when in use. Read more

I am very disappointed with the Customer Service for this product. I have been trying to get in touch with someone for days now and I have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint because this is unacceptable. This is a product that is related to Health, and Customer Service has to be available to help. I bought the pen and it says that it can be switched between two types of wavelengths and nobody can explain to me how this can be done. It only has a on switch and either turns on or off and that is it. There's no additional modalities in Online during no specifications and I've read the manual cover to come over, as well no descriptions, and how the change between the settings can be done. That in my opinion is a false advertisement, I will be returning the product full refund. Very disappointed. Read more
