I’ve been using the Lifepro Rumblex Max 4D Vibration Plate consistently and it hasn’t in a great addition to my daily workout. The plate is well-made, stable and was easy to set-up, even for someone like me who is not very tech savvy. I like that it provides a range of various intensity levels, whether I’m using it for stretching or for more intense workouts. This vibration plate is smooth, not jarring and has a reasonable noise level without being disruptive. I feel extremely secure while standing on the plate, due to its large size. Since using my vibration plate I haven’t had any Charley horses in several weeks, and I’ve noticed reduced lower back pain and stiffness in my legs. Love it! Lifepro is a great company and they make great quality products. I own several items from their line and love them all. I bought the Rumblex Max for lymphatic drainage, circulation, mobility, pain management, and the ability to get more out of my exercises. It has checked all the boxes. It comes with exercise bands and a pad that makes it very comfortable to stand barefoot or sit on the plate. I start and end my day with the vibration plate. The rumble max 40 is a sturdy well built product. It is heavy, but that helps with stabilization. The remote is very good to have so you don’t have to get up and down to change settings. It is also a wide platform which helps in stabilization. I would recommend this product. Read more

I love that I have a choice of programmed workouts, as well as the ability to create a customized workout… it all depends on what your workout end goal is and what area(s) of my body that I wish to focus on. With chronic pain issues from various chronic conditions and chronic muscle stiffness due to being excessively hyper mobile, trying to maintain a level of comfort within my body can be extremely challenging. Using Lifepro’s Rumblex Max 4D on a regular basis was a game changer for me. One of the best things about Lifepro devices is the lifetime warranty offered for free… You just need to sign up. The customer service is very dedicated to helping us customers resolve any problems in a timely manner. One of my Lifepro devices stopped working so I contacted customer service requesting a replacement. Within 48 hrs, I had received a reply stating that my replacement was being shipped out and I received it within a week. One negative thing in respect to the “manual” of the vibration platform is that it doesn’t provide as much guidance as it should regarding what each programmed workout enables you to accomplish and what each individual feature can accomplish within a customized workout. I have been using this since Sep 2023. I find it has definitely strengthened my legs using the exercises described by their web trainers/instructors. The full body workout is indeed a workout. It also has definitely helped with my minor neuropathy in my lower legs and feet. And believe it or not, in strengthening my leg muscles it has also improved my golf game. As an octogenarian I use it every day and see the benefit. I have recommended it to four other people I know and continue to highly recommend it. That said, I would recommend a lighter weight version like the Hovert (sp?) model vs the Rumblex Max 4D version I have as it can be a bit harsh and takes some getting use to it. Read more
So far, so good. Nice choices for whatever ails you. But did I miss in other reviews or description about how heavy this thing is! If I were a weak person, some one else would have to set it up and it would have to stay there. No moving around to store it. Very sturdy tho. Value for the money, yes. I did a lot of research before purchasing this plate. I have chronic pain from a 5 car pile up and 21 years of beating up my body in the military. I have a metal plate in my neck and a pain pump implant in my body. I have to be really careful when choosing a vibration plate. I didn’t want to go the absolute cheapest I could find, nor did I want to rustle up money for a super expensive one. This one has multiple options for manual programs, preloaded programs and 99 speeds you can work up to. It also comes with workout bands and a mat to make the pad more comfortable. It is easy to use and actually pretty quiet. I have it sitting on carpet and it does just fine. Both of my grown boys (34 & 32) love getting on it. You can’t go wrong getting this machine.
