I recently bedazzled my white converse sneakers with pearls that are whiter than those on the jacket, but I like the slight contrast. I think it is hard to tell the pearl colors are different. I sometimes struggle with sleeve length when I buy jackets, but the sleeve length was perfect. I did return the extra large for a large size; the sleeve length was perfect for both sizes. I felt like I could have ordered a medium because the torso area of the jacket is slightly oversized, making it perfect for a relaxed fit. This jacket wouldn’t be great if you’re looking for a slimmer fit. Ultimately, I ended up keeping the jacket because it was so flattering when I tried it on. I also realized that it would be nice to have a jacket that would allow me to comfortably wear a sweater underneath.
