I ordered a 7.5 W which is my true size. These boots are comfortable, beautiful and just as described. I have wide feet and my feet are very comfortable with a little room to wiggle the toes. I do not have big calves and they fit a little snug with Jeans but they are new so I know the boots will eventually stretch a little more with more use. If you have big calves the boots will not fit comfortable or not fit around this area. Very well made and the heel is just perfect. Additional review after wearing all day: I used these boots all day for work, WOW! Extremely comfortable and didn't have any discomfort. The boots look nice with anything you wear! I was unsure of these boots mainly because of the price. Extra large calf boots tend to be I upwards of $200, but after looking at reviews on other sites I decided to try; and I’m so glad I did. I have 17-3/4 calves and these boots fit them perfectly. There is no pudge shoving over the top, they just fit. They are buttery smooth and look beautiful. The shoe sizing is good if you only wear tights. Socks were a bit tight in the foot for me, but I wore them all day in tights and was 100% comfortable all day. I am obsessed with these boots! The media could not be loaded. Will not disappoint. I have a 17 inch calf. They fit beautifully like they were made for me . two tone, suede and a wipeable side , material on the backside is-like the Bagalini purses material. It's wipeable, and I am going to spray a Scotch guard on the suede. to protect them for year-round wear it was for fall Wardrobe. Needed some boots for jeans and dresses. They look very classy. They're comfortable I warm New Year's Eve to church and I practically wear them every day they're so comfortable. I used to wear heels when I was dancing all the time but now I'm 54 I probably wear heels maybe once or twice a year I've worn these Since Christmas at least a dozen times because they're so comfortable and I bought the size 8 I believe they're true to size I wear eights and just about every shoe. I can't wear a sling back so because my heels are a little a little narrower I do have high arches, but the top of the boot does not concave into my foot and rub, no blisters and I'm a church service and I think I had them on for at least eight hours that day I didn't even break them in these will not disappoint. The sizing is WAY off on these. So narrow! For perspective, I normally wear a size 8/12 or 9 (usually more a 9.) After ordering several different sizes of these I finally found a pair that fit - in a Size 9.5 Wide! So at least one size up from what I normally wear, and wide width. They are cute though, and pretty comfortable, so I'm glad I kept trying to get the size I needed. Read more

With a wide foot and calf, it's always a struggle to find beautiful footwear options that are comfortable. I received these boots in the mail (7.5) supposedly wide calf in black. I have the exact same same size in the chocolate color from Macy's, and they fit perfectly. Therefore, I assumed I could get these from Amazon because Macy's was sold out in the black. However, I was so disappointed to see that they did not fit. I could hardly zip them up. These boots are not wide calf even though it states it. I noticed a difference in the shoe box that I received from Amazon and Macy's. The Macy's shoe box has a red mark that said wide calf by the shoe size, but the Amazon pair did not even though it stated on the box that it was wide calf with a white sticker. Do not buy these if you need a wide calf boot. They will be too small. Thankfully DSW had a few more pairs of the black boots and I received them yesterday and they fit perfectly! Read more

I want to love these. The wide calf is great but the top part of the boot at the top of the foot is very narrow and is painful. The style of them is great. Would be really comfortable if it weren’t for the narrow portion on top. Read more
