I liked the color and look of the shoe as well as the short heel. The shoes are on the dressy side but can be worn with jeans as well. They are comfortable but not terribly wide in the toe box, so at the end of the first day my foot felt a bit pinched. Hopefully these will become a bit looser with wear because I really like them. I love these shoes! I have plantar fasciitis so it’s hard to find cute shoes that don’t hurt my feet. These shoes are surprisingly comfortable, well made and stylish. But I’m partial to Mary Janes. I have slightly wider feet so I loosened the buckle to the last hole and I can easily slip these on. They are true to size. My only issue is that the black color looks more brown in certain lights but I’m so thrilled to have a cute pair of work shoes I can overlook that. I’ve only worn them once but they seem well made and durable. I’m so glad I found these! Read more

I had read previous reviews stating that even wide widths ran narrow and, sad to say, they are correct. I ordered an 8-1/2 wide and although the length was perfect the shoe was still narrow at the rounded front. I tried them on after they arrived and my big and little toes were already rubbing against the sides so back they go. Too bad because they were very cute and seemed like they would have been very comfortable if they had properly fit. IMHO If you have a narrow foot these will probably be a great fit but if you're a medium and need more wiggle room around the toes you may want to bump up to a wide. Read more

we were going to nyc for a long weekend. we were staying at a fancy hotel. i didn’t want to pack shoes as we were just taking a carryon. i tried these for walking during the day, and going to dinner, etc. not as grumpy as flats. wore them around a few days before going to see if this would work. very very comfortable. so i was able to walk around airport, city, and to dinner with a dress. and i’m in my 70s. wish they had more colors. bought my regular size. had to loosen strap one hole.
