I like that its a liner, but it can certainly used as a sleeping bag in summer time or for a home party for the kids. I can see it being used in summer time to protect against mosquitoes and other insects. Its very light and thin, probably ok to fit a 6 foot tall person. Very easy to use. Read more

Comes with a soft storage bag to keep it in which is also washable. It is a large size so it should work for anyone up to six feet tall in my opinion. The description states that it is "Suitable for indoor sleepovers, outdoor camping, or as an extra layer for cold nights" and I agree.
