Good for summer evenings or in drafty air conditioning, spring and fall for adding a touch of warmth and style, and winter when the inside temperatures are set for economy. It has two patch pockets; however, it is so lightweight you wouldn’t want to put anything very heavy in them as it would weigh it down and stretch it out. No tag at the neck is a plus. The fabric is very breathable. I wouldn’t say it is soft, but it’s not scratchy. It is comfortable to wear. I wish it had ribbing on the cuffs to make it easy to push up the sleeves.
