As a 6’2”, busty, corporate woman, I walk a delicate line between polished professional and not wanting to end up in a training video about office appropriateness. This sweater keeps me firmly on the right side of that line. Yes, it is form fitting, but in a tailored and intentional way, not in a “why is HR calling me into their office” kind of way. It hugs where it should, smooths everything out, and somehow manages to acknowledge curves without turning my torso into a workplace liability. The ribbed fabric has enough stretch to be forgiving without clinging for dear life. The length actually works on a tall frame as well. The sleeves and torso are long enough to tuck in without constant readjusting, and I can raise my arms without showing my early 2000's questionable choice of lower back tattoo. And the turtleneck looks chic instead of making me look like I am a large, hairy garment baby slowly being reborn through my own sweater. If you want something flattering, grown woman appropriate, and confident and form fitting without the threads having to fight for their lives to stay together across the girls, this sweater absolutely understood the assignment.
