This diaper caddy is a nice grey/silver color and it's huge! It fits a lot (see photos). In one photo, I have almost a full box of pull-ups in the caddy with only a remaining few leftover and 2 packs of wipes in the front pocket. I also had probably a full box of dirty diaper bags on the outside pocket. Now, I only put one row of pull-ups in and use the other pocket for a box of gloves, dirty diaper bags and a changing pad. The straps have held up so far (2 mos) but we don't carry it around much and the threading is questionable (see photo) so I'm not sure how it would hold up if you were to carry it around a lot filled with heavy items like wipes. The only downside to the caddy, as with probably most, is that the outside pockets are almost useless. You can hardly fit anything in any of them without it pushing back in on the inside of the caddy as the pockets have no give, hardly any stretch, and the sides of the caddy are soft and flexible. This is why I stopped putting the dirty diaper bags in the side as you can see it dents in the caddy. I can put a small tube of ointment but only upside down.
