I slept on these sheets for a few nights, and had to buy another set. If you like the crispness, and “floating” of cotton percale sheets, you will like these. They are substantial, soft, and they tent, or float over your body. This is the best thing in summer. The sheets stay fresh feeling, because they have the crispness, and they breathe. They do wrinkle, as all percale sheets do, but I’ll take cool, soft, comfort all night over wrinkle free sheets. If you fold them or put them on the bed when they are still warm from the dryer, the wrinkles won’t be too bad. I’m so happy I found these! Also, the thick elastic is wonderful! Read more

I usually buy higher thread count cotton sheets. My go to is in the 600-800 category (like those sold at Costco), but I've been researching ways to cool down my bed and let more air flow through. One of the suggestions is to lower the thread count of sheets. I'll be honest, I tried linen first. Linen is nice looking and amazingly cool (if a bit more rough than cotton), but I happened to be allergic to it. Luckily, I also bought these sets (because I had no idea if the linen was going to be comfortable, and I already know I like cotton). Let me just say, after realizing I was allergic to the linen and waking up with red itchy irritated skin, these sheets felt like PURE BLISS. I mean, they're cotton. Cotton is amazing. It's light and crisp with a touch of softness. There's something about white sheets that is cheerful and inviting, and white sheets are great, because they can be bleached. Thus far, I've washed these sheets twice (once before using, and one more time after that, no bleach). They've held up great. Yes, they wrinkle. They're untreated cotton, but I don't iron them. I take them straight our of the dryer and put them on the bed. The wrinkles smooth out enough for me. I don't mind. But then again, I've always preferred cotton sheets. Now, is the 300 thread count the answer? I don't know. I've changed all of my bedding and added a mattress topper. All of it together seems to be working great. I've had a few nights of beautiful sleep. It really makes the money I've spent feel worthwhile. BUT would it be equally comfortable with my old higher thread count sheets? I'll guess I'll have to do some experiments. For right now, though, I'm happy. I can easily recommend these sheets. They're really nice. Read more

Slept on them last night. Smooth, crisp, roomy. Very nice. Only drawback is a very annoying dark and stiff fabric label tab sticking out of a side seam that is stiff and scratchy! It can’t be removed without opening the seam, and can’t be cut back without leaving some fraying dark cloth against the white pillowcase. Very annoying. But the price is right. Read more

I've been buying pillowcases from this company for a while. The sheets are even better. They are thick, the bottom sheet elastic is super high quality. They're so crisp and comfy. It's like being in an expensive hotel. I keep rubbing my legs against them to feel how nice they are. And if you don't know a lot about sheets, make sure you get 100% cotton. All these other words like bamboo, microfiber, "comfort," "performance" all just mean polyester. Polyester is hot and doesn't feel great. These sheets come in a nice box. This would be a great gift for someone. Also, for those of you who don't know the language, there is sateen and percale. Lots of people like one or the other. Sateen is silky, slippery and cool. Percale is crisp, smooth, durable, more neutral than temperature (but still described as cool), and get softer with washing. If you're on the fence, try these sheets. They are great value as well. These sheets by Linen Closetare equal to other cotton sheets I’ve bought for four times the price. I was skeptical when I ordered them due to the low price, but when they arrived, and I laundered them prior to using them like I always do with new sheets, I could tell right away that the fabric was going to be soft and comfortable and just the perfect weight. I just ordered a second set. Don’t hesitate to buy these if you’re looking for a nice lightweight sheet. I think 300 count sheets to 350 count sheets are right in the sweet spot for softness and comfort. And the wide elastic around the fitted sheet is fabulous. It really works and it does what it says it keeps your sheet truly in place. And with regard to wrinkling, that’s just a part of being 100% cotton, it’s part of its charm… it’s how you know it’s really cotton! I hope you buy these sheets and enjoy them as much as I do. made very well of nice cotton percale which I love! The color is much darker than pictured which is a disappointment. Perhaps a light bleach wash will bring it down to the soft blue pictured Read more

First the pros and there are quite a number: seems like quality material. No smell. Nice fabric and texture. Good weight to it. Doesn’t wrinkle easily. Now the cons which was too much for me and outweighed the pros because it's what it appears as vs. what was advertised: Much darker than the ivory that they advertise. In the photos it's more of an off white cream color, very beautiful. In reality, it's a harsh light orange color. Not the shade that it's presented in the pictures even in different lighting: natural and artificial lighting, warm or neutral or dark lighting. It's the same faint, almost garish light orange hue. This is not ivory or off-white at least in my estimation. I was so excited too. It just doesn’t match well with a neutral palette or with true ivory matching bedding. Disappointed in this purchase.
