I am side sleeper so I order Bamboo body pillow, I do have Bamboo products. As of right now it’s just laying in my guest bedroom because I like my pillows extra firm so I bought some shredded foam to add to body pillow hoping it will work. My pillow came in pretty flat like others say in the reviews, but I put it in the dryer on low heat for 5 min intervals a couple times and it fluffed right up. Other than needing to do that to get it fluffy, its a pretty nice pillow Read more

Had to request a replacement as the first pillow had a huge gap and looked like two standard pillows stuffed into a large pillow case. The second pillow was perfect and appeared to be one solid pillow. Expanded quickly, is very firm and offers good support. From the time this was delivered on Oct 31st until now, Dec. 16th, 2021; this has been the most useless investment for side sleeping that I've ever made. I purchased a bamboo body pillow about 5 years, also from Amazon, very similar in size and material to this one. 5 years it worked perfectly, it was firm and thick, it elevated my leg and did the job it was asked to do, for a reasonable price point of $60. After 5 years it got worn out and too thin to support me properly so I bought another one - this one specifically. I ignored all the reviews that mentioned how thin and flimsy it was and said "nah - those people are wrong. Bamboo body pillows are the way to go!" and spent my hard-earned money on this useless POS. When it arrived it too was thin and flimsy, but I read the instructions and reviews and it was mentioned to run through the dryer to properly fluff it up. So I did. It still came out of the dryer thin and flimsy, but in my ignorance I said "no, don't judge it by the bad reviews. Let's try it out for a bit and see how it works." Now here I am a couple months later and back to square one with a body pillow so thin and unsupportive that I now have to figure out plan B. Thanks for nothing. I gave it two stars because I feel like too many people dismiss the 1 star reviews as individuals who are having a bad experience. And judging by the other bad reviews - this is a common experience. Love love love this body pillow! It is so full that my arms and legs actually stay in an elevated position versus sinking in with a regular cotton filled one. It’s definitely heavier than a regular cotton filled pillow but that is ok with me. Read more
