Bought this for my husbands office. Looks classy and elegant, feels sturdy, is very comfortable, nice fabric, great rich color (just like in the photo), rolls easily, and is very stylish. Was concerned initially about it being manly enough, but it really could easily adapt to any office decor. UPDATE: This chair has held up very well and as gotten more comfortable with wear. After 3 months of almost daily use, it is retaining its shape well, too. When we had to put together a home office on the fly so I could keep working, my partner and I truthfully chose this chair based on looks, and we got what we paid for. It is really pretty, and the fabric looks expensive. After a week of wear, it seems to be holding up well. Putting it together was super simple. I read one review in which someone mentioned the wheels falling off - if you've never put together an office chair, you may not realize that the casters have to be shoved into the provided holes in order to stay put. What this chair is not is super comfortable. Since I know that once the stay at home orders are lifted, I'll only be working from home occasionally, it's fine. But if I were putting together a workspace I would be using continuously, I would choose another chair. Read more

I was really nervous about ordering a product without one product review yet. However I loved the style of the chair so much that I decided to risk it. I am so glad I did because this chair is beautiful. The fabric is heavy upholstery fabric and it was easy to put together. Not to mention very comfy. I highly recommend this chair. It's worth every penny! LOVE IT The only thing I will warn you on is if it's a gift, the box has a huge picture of the chair on the outside of box. It wasn't an issue for me but it might be for some! I will be advertising this product on my social media accounts! UPDATE: Now that I have been using this chair on a daily basis for over a week now, I want to say that the foam in the cushion is not good quality. The first day or so it was real comfy but then the cushion started breaking down and sagging in the center when I sit. Now I can feel the hard rim around the foam and it becomes uncomfortable after a period of time. It sort of feels like I am sitting in a hole. The chair also has a strange popping sound as I move around in it. I am an average sized woman so this should not be happening. I believe this chair is beautiful but is more suited for looks and not everyday use. I will leave my review 5 stars only because I love the way it looks. I can see me replacing the foam in the seat real soon with a higher quality foam and fill. Yes, I know how to upholster so this is easy for me. Read more

Very comfortable chair and perfect for long hours at my computer. It also complements my workroom design nicely. Assembly was straightforward, and as a petite woman, I was able to do it myself without any issues. Initially, I attached the base backward, which caused the seat to tilt forward slightly. It wasn’t a major problem, but I would have preferred no tilt. Later, I realized that the arrow on the bottom assembly needed to point forward. Once I reassembled the chair correctly, it was perfect. At the time of this review, I've been using it for two months and I've used it every single day, usually for 8 hours per day. Yes, even on Saturdays and Sundas. Let me just say, I love the look. It doesn't look like your typical office chair. It's much more refined and elegant. I love the tufted back and the nailhead detail. The fabric is beautiful. I know others complained about the color of the base. It is a light cherry color, not the rich, dark cherry color that I think some people expect. The color of the wood fits with my office just fine. I have several pieces of antique furniture, each made with different wood species and all of which have slightly different stain colors. So the color is not an issue at all for me. The chair was fairly easy to assemble. I was able to do it myself. Although, the casters were a little difficult to put on. I was very happy I didn't have to replace the casters to allow it to roll on hardwood and area rugs. The casters that came with it are able to do that with no problem. Some people commented that the chair tips down making it hard to sit on for long periods. I haven't experienced that. I do know installing the lever mechanism to the bottom of the chair so the lever is on the left instead of the right when seated does put the chair at an odd angle. So maybe that is what the other reviewers did. I don't know. I've found the chair to be very comfortable. I was a bit concerned that I couldn't get it to tilt back at first, but then I realized that the lift handle is also a lock for the tilt. If you pull it out, it allows the chair to tilt. If you push it in, the chair no longer tilts. I love this chair. It looks great in my office. Overall, it's a beautiful, well-made, comfortable chair. I've been very happy with it. Update. I had to downgrade my review. The pneumatic lift does not stay up. It slowly goes down during the day, so I have to re-adust it several times per day.
