I like to wear it on my bare lips or on top of lipstick. It’s also really moisturizing and helps keep my other lip products longer lasting. The Hello Kitty head on top and the signature bow decal on tube is really cute. Probably a good little gift for little girls too but I’m sadly no longer one.
