I don't use it all of the time and I cut it down because it's really sweet in one 16oz water bottle. (Even the sugar free packets) But I can tell the difference when I drink it. I dig the electrolytes and natural energy. It's a nice change from pedialyte. I run a lot and also work outside all day at an elementary school. I think the natural energy is enough to help me but not make me feel jittery. It's also good on the weekends if I have a drink. I will make sure to have one and i definitely don't feel as dehydrated the next morning. Read more
