I truly enjoy using this waist trainer. I use this waist trainer when I walk, hike, and attend my exercise classes. It's very durable, it fits snug and comfortable and stays in place while I'm working out. It produces a lot of sweat around your belly so be prepared to be dripping wet when you remove it. It's dries very easy after use and it is so easy to clean as I place it in the washing machine and let it air dry. It does not lose it's shape and has not torn from use or washing so it is very durable. It looks and fits great under my clothes but I do like to wear a camisole over it so you cannot see the waist trainer while I'm wearing it. It's very functional.
