Strong, serious clean-your-mouth rinse. If you were born before 1980, you know this kind of "I'm not messing around. Just take a swig and try to keep it in your mouth a full sixty seconds before you spit. It's good for you" mouthwash. If you're done with gentle swishing and want to feel your mouth come alive, use this. I can't yet speak to its effect on my gums, but it does wake up every nerve from my lips to my throat. Kinda reminds me that "the burn means it's working!" I took one star off for the bottle packaging. Attempting to open the bottle, I ripped the skin on my finger. That hurt. My Dentist recommended it and I think it's doing its job. It hurts, like a lot, but it's like just sharp mint pain but you start to lose feeling in your tongue after 30 seconds (which is the recommended) 5 stars for the fact that it does feel like it's killing all the germs and makes your mouth feel tingly and clean when you're done.
