I have hormonal acne that flares up now and then—sometimes just bumps, other times whiteheads that are ready to pop (blergh). I love wearing pimple patches overnight and during the day under makeup, and these work great for both. The material is adorable and slightly reflective, and I love all the color options! I put one of these on a pimple that had already popped but still had a bump and redness. By the next morning, the bump had gone down, and it looked way less irritated. I’ve used Starface and other patches before, and this gave me a very similar soothing, healing effect. One small note: I wore one overnight, and in the morning, 1 or 2 corners of the star had peeled up a little. That probably was my fault—I think I applied a light layer of acne treatment beforehand and forgot, so the product underneath may have interfered with the patch sticking all the way. Scent-wise: yes, these are tea tree patches, and you will smell the tea tree oil when you first peel one off the sheet. But once it’s on your skin, the smell goes away. Good value and seem to work as effectively as the name brand option. They are fun to use because of the different colors and can prevent picking more than transparent options since you can’t see through them. I also find I don’t remove them too early as often because they are not transparent. Read more

They are so cute! I just honestly wanted a cute way to cover up nasty pimples and this delivers. The size is perfect and quality is fine. I think it helps pimples a little bit but not like full on treatment… I honestly think I’ve had other plain hydrocolloid patches work better but like I said, my goal was cute coverage and it delivers. As much as I want to like these because they're super cute, I have to give 3 stars. Tho it is a great price for the quantity, The tips of the stars tend to peel up if you aren't careful with them. Not sure if this is an adhesive problem or just caused by the shape. Read more
