Was so nervous ordering boots because you always take a risk with sizing and comfortability but the color, material and style are very true to the photo and surprisingly high quality. You have to stretch and adjust the strings to get the top of the boot to fit around your calf. I just barely got the zipper to close until I wore them for the night and stretched them out a bit more. If you have thick calves it will be difficult to get them to fit. I usually wear a 7 in boots and they fit perfectly. They were decently comfortable and my feet didn’t hurt. I’m a small, petite lady and have always struggled to find knee-high boots that fit snugly around my calves (mine measure 11" in circumference) without leaving a gap. I bought these black chunky heeled knee-high boots in a size 8, and they are exactly what I’ve been looking for. A week ago, I ordered a similar pair of black patent leather boots, but the quality was nowhere near as good as these, and they still left a big gap around my calves. I returned them immediately. Then I remembered I had purchased the same style in red a couple of years ago and loved how well they fit my very narrow calves, so I ordered these black ones without hesitation. Finding chunky knee-high boots for extremely narrow calves has always been a challenge, but these fit perfectly. They’re sexy, comfortable, and very well made. Yeah these are attention grabbers. I have been wearing Gogo boots for years , i don't care if they were just for Halloween I wear them all the time so I am happy that it has become an all year round trend and a bunch of brands have them now. I really wanted the Ellie lace up boots but couldn't afford them and now I can't find them anywhere so these were the only ones I found lace up. The height I would prefer below the knee or mid calf but they come up right to my knee I am 5'4. They are as comfortable as any plastic shoes will be or whatever material it is . And boy do I get a lot of compliments when I wear them. They are worth it ..if you need a hot pair of shiny lace up boots , these are good. Read more

I’m happy I found some shiny purple pvc lace up boots for my Sailor Saturn cosplay. The quality is okay and they feel okay to walk in for a convention although I haven’t tested it out for that yet. I’ll try to give my update later on. But so far putting them on nothing tight or uncomfortable on my feet and the heel doesn’t feel too uncomfortable to walk in. I’ve worn high heel boots that were instantly miserable to walk in at the conventions. The downside about these is if you have thicker muscular calves/ legs like me you’ll want to look for longer shoelaces. These shoelaces are 104inches and I just ordered some 120inch ones that should work. I was actually surprised the circumstance fit my calf and as you can see there’s no space between the tongue of the boot so it has the potential to fit thicker legs, you just need shoelace that will be long enough for you. I honestly think these were a little overpriced for the overall quality, but it’s really hard to find shiny purple pvc lace up boots. They’re decent though and will work great for cosplay! Read more

I got these for a costume and they looked exactly like the picture and seemed well made, but they WREAKED of chemicals as some thinks from warehouses do... I think, maybe, eventually, they wouldn't smell. but I wasn't willing to wait and see 🙈 also they are pretty narrow on the sides, but otherwise the size is accurate to US sizes.
