These briefs are far and above anything I have been able to find. They are very absorbent adult briefs even for overnight so that you aren’t changing your client every few minutes. They wick moisture away from the skin very well. I’ve not had issues with skin breakdown. I love that this company also makes them in XS if you need them. These are the most absorbent pull-ups I have ever used. For me, they are perfect. For those who need less, they may be too heavy. They also don't irritate my skin around my upper legs like many other products do. They are very durable and don't fall apart when wet. They have no odor themselves, but they do allow a stronger smell of urine when they become wet. I prefer not to have deodorant added, however. My one complaint is that UPS is used to ship them to me and when they come late, I run out. I prefer a more dependable carrier. Read more
