Very sturdy chair with a spacious seat. I am impressed by the weight and high quality material; more use is needed to determine durability. Carmel color is darker than picture, more like a milk chocolate color, but very attractive. Seat is quite firm. It took about 1 hour to assemble (single person). I was a little concerned when the box it came in was significantly smaller than I imagined, definitely a master Tetris player designed the packaging - but it's great! 🤣 Really easy to put together, sturdy and looks great in my reading corner. Very nice sofa and good value. Easy to assemble, comfortable, looks nice. Delivery was quick. Note that this sofa is MUCH lighter than traditionally built sofas but appears to be plenty strong and durable. I also want to compliment their service. On the back panel there was a small tear that didn't affect usability and is on the back which is against the wall. I went ahead and contacted them about it and they (what I expect is their email AI) sent a nice response in a couple days. They promptly sent out a replacement for that panel and it took perhaps 6 or 7 minutes to replace. Excellent! Thank you! Read more

We are absolutely thrilled with this set! The specific grey tone of the leather is beautiful and fits our living room perfectly. Both the couch and loveseat feel incredibly solid once put together. Total assembly for both pieces took us my husband and I about 45 minutes. The most time-consuming part was definitely putting the covers on the cushions—that part was a total workout!
