I bought this brush before the snows came. I took the car brush out of the package and noticed it was wobbly. I read the directions and went back to Amazon's website to see if I was missing any information. No, I had done everything correctly. All I had to do was to wait until for a Michigan snow storm to test my new brush. Right after the first snowstorm, I went to brush my car off and the brush did not work. This ice scraper and snow brush works great and is very well designed. I especially love that the brush part can be rotated and adjusted — it makes it so much easier to use and also easier to store. I have limited trunk space, and being able to lay it flat is a huge plus. It still feels sturdy and long enough to reach across my windshield, even on bigger snow days. I never write reviews, but this product was so bad that I had to. I ordered it in December of 2024 but didn’t use it until this year. It managed to bruise my hand because it smashed it when I was trying to get it to tighten correctly and stop spinning around uselessly. Then it completely broke in half the next day. I chose a cheap snow brush, and that is what I got. I park my car in the garage so I rarely need the snow brush, I only use it if it snows when I'm out of the house. So, I got a cheap snow brush. First of all, I am 4' 10" so I needed the extendable brush. This does extend, but not enough for me to reach over the top of my car. The extension doesn't lock, so it will all of a sudden just start flopping all over the place. My friend's elderly father asked me to come clear snow from his car. This was a bigger job than this brush could handle. The snow brush end kept unlocking and flipping sideways and the bristles filled with snow and then were hard and scratched the car. In the end, I drove to Walmart and bought another snow brush. Good luck. Read more
