I bought this to record singing for a project on a time crunch. The video is excellent. The microphone is easy to use. The settings are easy to adjust. You can adjust the settings on vocals after recording, which is really helpful. The reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 5 is because it’s marketed to sound like this is all you need to have decent recording quality for putting online (which is what I needed). Your recording space will impact the sound. I was recording in a small room with wood floors and bare walls. The sound bounces off of everything. Depending on your recording space - you may need a lot more equipment. I needed more equipment to block the bouncing sound we don’t notice that the microphone picks up, but hadn’t ordered it because the marketing for this makes it sound like nothing else is needed.
