I bought these for my son last 2 Christmas ago I think-he is still using it and LOVES it! He is obsessed with it! Gaming capability is great; he does order his games online. It feels real when you drive it. Really great quality since it lasted my son this long-he is pretty rough with it. The set up was okay it took us a lil bit to figure it out but it was worth it. Very disappointed with the Amazon "Renewed" version of this product. First and foremost, it DID NOT WORK. As soon as I took it out of the box I noticed that the power cord was damaged, there were fairly aggressive scratches on the "dash" area, and the leather wrap was dinged and less tight than usual. I was willing to look past all of this as long as I was able to get back on the road, but that did not happen. After spending close to an hour running cables, plugging everything in perfectly, and bolting the pedals to my floormat, I started up Gran Turismo 7. It did not go unnoticed that the wheel never went through its calibration spins nor showed any tension. However all the rest of the buttons worked fine so I progressed through the menus and into a race. As soon as the race started the car pulled all the way to the left and immediately crashed into the closest wall. After another hour plus of troubleshooting including: unplugging and replugging everything, plugging it into a PC and Logitech G-Hub for diagnostics, and swapping between the 2 different cables they provided, still the same power to the wheel problem persisted. I had a g29 for 7 years prior to this so I am quite familiar with their connections and functionality. At this point I cut my losses, ordered a refund, and bought a new G29 set-up from Wal-Mart. For $16 more I got a brand new G29 that looked and felt better on every level and best of all, worked perfectly right out of the box. This deal is hard to find and I had to drive 45 minutes each way to get it but that's an hour and a half that I probably would have spent doing more troubleshooting knowing it was the munched up cable or hardware issue all along. This was my first and LAST Amazon "Renewed" purchase. The margin for blemishes and lack of QA is broader than the savings. Other than that, the Logitech G29 is a really good consumer grade wheel with plug-and-play, cross-platform functionality for Playstation and PC. Read more
